Dexel become truck point expert dealers
Dexel Tyres Sheffield & Worksop have recently become 2 of only 50 tyre dealers in the UK who been awarded Bridgestone Truck Point expert dealer status. This acheivement is recognised by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) This organisation is recognised by over 30 National accredited authorities, and has run approval schemes on over 2,800 companies, many of these companies in the transport and legistics sector. Bridgestone felt this was the best policy thus ensuring a completely objective view free from any commercial bias. The audit process covered items such as Equipment, Stock, Casing management, service provision and performance, thereby setting a new benchmark for cosistant quality service.
Mr G Cainey (Director) commented after receiving this award "As a Truck Point dealer we already offered a high quality service, being involved in the Lloyds / Bridgestone audit process has given us the opportunity to examine our performance and make it even better for our customers".
